10 (1) If an arbitration agreement provides that a claim covered by the agreement is time-barred, unless one of the following occurs within a time limit set out in the agreement or otherwise: an opposing group of American progressives, led by former President Theodore Roosevelt, has, however, derided arbitration as reckless idealism and insisted on the realism of war as the only solution to a serious Iten dispute. Taft`s contracts with France and Britain were killed by Roosevelt, who had broken with his protégé Taft in 1910. They are vying for control of the Republican Party. Roosevelt worked with his friend, Senator Henry Cabot Lodge, to impose the changes that ruined treaty goals. Lodge felt that the treaties were too attached to the prerogatives of senators. .
